The year is 1989. Tensions between the USA and the USSR have risen to a whole new level. Wars being in Europe, Africa, Australia, South America, and eventually in the United States. In 1994, The USSR fires three atomic bombs, leveling Washington DC, Los Angeles, and New York. Over the next 10 years, over 60 cities dissapear. The USSR has won the Cold War.
Now, it is the year 2134, and America is recovering. Each state is now independent and much worse than it used to be. The USA is now, Ares America.
