Anybody else read the entire document? What I got out of it was that there was the possibility that a coup could occur in Venezuela, but it talks about how a military coup might occur, but how it would probably fail due to Chavez's support from common Venezuelans.

In fact, one paragraph states that prospects of a coup are limited because of the support of the lower classes for Chavez and repeated US warnings against extra-constitutional means to ditch Chavez.

This isn't a document lending support to a coup. It's just a report saying one might happen.
