I'd suggest you need to compare it to socio-economic status. You'll find that the poorer ppl are the most likely to commit criminal acts (surprise surprise), and guess what? Blacks and Hispanics in the US are generally the poorest ppl.
Which also explains why "Blacks are statistically 50 times more likely to attack whites than vice versa" (quote from the website). Why would you attack a poor person, if you want money? Doesn't make much sense to me.

But aliens do exist, I saw one in my backyard. Anyway, the site is too bias to be taken seriously because it makes it appear as though whites are the viticms and blacks are criminals.

I don't comment on these types of things until I've ferreted out the facts. Amren is notorious for misleading but I'd yet to encounter this New Century Foundation who 'published' this study.

Turns out they are just a puppet of the Amren, major players have Amren e-mail addresses, hardly what I'd call an objective source.

It is a common tactic for 'researchers' to simply find a way to twist selected statistics to fit the desired outcome of those commisioning the 'study', organizations such as the Pioneer Foundation do it all the time.

This 'researcher' went in with an outcome firmly in mind and simply selected only that evidence that supported his conclusion and discarded all others.

I have five close black friends that I hang out with on an almost daily basis. Three of them live in the "ghetto". I am never bothered by anyone when I go to see them. If you give respect you get respect. If you go in thinking that you are among criminals and acting accordingly you will be treated like shit.

So who's fault is it that they are poor? And does it mean that you think it's ok to be a criminal if you're poor?

Sometimes it IS a persons fault that they are poor.

I didn't read the whole thing, but from what I could tell, they choose to ignore the socio-economic differences between the two "races". If what they say is true, it is simply because blacks, in general, are much poorer than whites, which is the reason. But I don't want to form too strong an opinion because that is racism, judging crimes by race of the criminals rather than other, more objective factors, such as the aforementioned socio-economic status.
