Yup, we are all the same (except for aliens, we have no reason to assume they followed similar evolutionary processes). We all experience reality in our own ways and make our own determinations about things based on symbolic association.

Therefore, we can only know what we can create a symbol for, in many cases a word. So what you are proposing is that with modern linguistic symbols, we can articulate some degree of truth.
