I was using Google and for some reason decided to look up Nanakaland. Now keep in mind that Nanakaland has been on NationStates on and off since March 2003 (recently resurrected by a mod last month). Now what's really scary is that I found 107 results on my nation! And I'm not even that popular of a nation. I know that all 107 are on me because Nanakaland is completely a random name. The most of a nation (with an uncommon name) I found on Google is Menelmacar, who gets 5,190 results (and just Sirithil gets 863 results). Well, I think it's just a little bit scary that NationStates nations are on Google...

Now with some common names:

Catholic Europe gets 4,070,000 results and my puppet nation, Great Freedom, gets 15,900,000.]

So after reading this, I of course googled "Mistress Kimberly." The very first thing that comes up is a post of mine from yesterday. Ugh. And the rest....are either girls who make their own porn at home, or dominatrix's in London. Interesting.

Only one result on google for CelebrityFrogs, and my computer could not find it (If that's how computers work???)

NationStates gets 849,000 results. I have yet to see a noncommon name beat that on Google, though.

The first result was my Jolt user profile; the second, a post of mine on this thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=372479); the third, my national info page.

The next seven had nothing to do with my nation; I admit I was lazy and didn't look past the first page.

Damn, I'm popular if my nation tops the first three Google entries for a subject with 55,700 matches. :D :D :D

My name, sedia (based on my surname) gives over 664000 results, but I'm not sure how common the name is in other language.

What I was suprised by is that I didn't hit other forum users using that name. I don't do a lot of forums, or any, but I thought for sure there was at least one person who copped out when having to come up with a name on every forum.
