In case some of you have not heard yet:
http://www.cnn.com/2004/LAW/11/30/btk.killer.ap/index.html
The alleged "BTK" serial killer has resurfaced in Wichita. The article does not say it but all of the young women that were killed were college students at my university (Wichita State).
Basically, it is a surreal experience on campus. Some people are too scared to even go to class. Others complain that there is nothing to worry about. I see there point, the guy would be about 65 now, but everyone walks with an uneasy feeling on campus.
I guess the scary part is that the police, after 30 years, basically have no leads or ideas who the guy could be.
