A NS bill of rights?

I think we should have a bill of rights stating what should no be on the forums and what the Mods are allowed to punish people for. My idea is this:

We freely permit meta-posts; that is, posts about posting. So one cannot say "The mods are dweebs" but one can say "the mods are dweebs for deleting people who post spam." One cannot post 'tubgirl' but one can post a thread saying they should be able to post 'tubgirl'.

What do you guys think.
