Typically, I am very disappointed with evil plots. Evil megalomaniacal genuises bent on global conquest tend to be so wishy-washy and predictable. I think I'd do a much better job at being really truly evil because I understand a few basic truths that evil geniuses seem to ignore. Such as:
There are worse things than death.
Ruling the world is not nearly as fun as wrecking it and/or holding it for ransom. Dr. Evil never tried to conquer Earth.
Never inform the world of your intentions. Do what you're going to do and then offer to fix it if they meet your demands.
Here's an idea for a plot. I could engineer a race of extraordinarily intelligent serial rapist gorillas and release them in major population centers. Then offer the world a way to stop them for a hefty ransom. :D
