Political alignment test, I got

Economic Left/Right: 6.50
Social Libertarian/Authoritarian: 7.33

Positive numbers is more economic right wing and more authoritarian
Negative numbers is more economic left wing and more social libertarian

Please don't post your results more than once, because I'm going to take all the results and stick 'em on a graph (if I have time), and I'm not going to sit here and look at the usernames to see if someone just posted twice. There's no point deliberating doing so just to mess with the graph, I'm just trying to get a rough idea of where everyone on here stands.

Last time this was done I think most people were moderate left/social libertarian (around -4/-4 area).

On a comparison with those international figures, seems I'm pretty close to Ariel Sharon, although personally I don't really like him.

I've already posted there, and no, its not that I don't know my own views. Maybe they've changed the test since I last took it, but back then I remember there was questions like "Astrology can be used to accurately predict the future" or something along those lines, which has no direct corrolation to anthing on the test, it is making assumptions which may or may not be wrong.

Some of it's assumptions are definitely wrong. Which is why I have to answer falsely to get something even close to my ideal views.

Which is roughly where Ralph Nader is. This is deceptive, because while I am a leftist, Nader is too liberal in my view. I supported Kerry much more than Nader. The other test is much better. It classified me as a Democrat, not a socialist.

I think mine was something like -8, -6. Near Ghandi.
