I first saw his website 2 years ago. He's actually become less coherent since then, which I didn't think was possible. Don't bother trying to understand it. I'm always wondering...is he just doing this as a joke, or did he too far to many drugs in his kindergarten years? Cause those are the only explanations.

Well what this is is an almost cogent form of word salad, which is the clinical term for pshychonese, that is, the kind of APPARENTLY nonsensical communications from people on "another wavelength". The insane can realize certain things. but can also be very delusional. What this seems like is that the guy might have some interesting ideas, but he is unable to communicate them other than by ranting and repitition and attacks on anyone who doesn't get it, which comes from what seems to be extreme paranoia. I can start to understand some of it, but there isn't much there. I expect there's a lot more behind the ranting. I wonder if he has any connection to Shaver's Saucerian sect.
