I do like this era of history, but, not even in high school with limited resources, I know very little about the rise of the Islamic empire. I'm trying to rally some interest for a mod to Rome: Total War that would cover a period in the Islamic (Abbasid) empire, but with limited knowledge, have been unable to attract modders. I don't know how to mod it :( because I both lack the tools and the experience, but would love to see a mod of this type arise.. however, without much to promise I cannot get a mod rolling. So, if anyone interested in Islamic history and who loves R:tw would be willing to help me out, just post here or gimme a tellie. It would be for a good cause. :D
And yes, I know it's desperate asking for help here, but when I did that on a R:Tw forum, I didn't get much of a response..
