I am a liberal, I hate George W. Bush, but seriously people you need to stop worrying about the draft. Also Kerry lost, get over it, Bush didnt cheat. So please both sides liberals dont be afraid of the draft, its not gonna happen, and conservitives you are not going to get attacked by terrorists, so please can everyone stop being so hateful and scared.

I am assuming you are refering to the call up of members of the Individual Ready Reserves.
The reserves were legally called up. (http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/guardandreserve/a/reservecallup.htm) They signed a contract that states FOR ALL I must serve a total of eight (8) years. Any part of that service not served on active duty must be served in a Reserve Component unless I am sooner discharged.
Unless you can show that the reservists were forced to sign their enlistment contract, they were not forced into anything (except to comply with a contract they'd already agreed to and benifited from).
