UN has Vote of No-Confidence in Top Officials!

For the First time in its history, a union representing United Nations staff has voted "no confidence" in the world body's senior management.

Though they voted No-Confidence in most of the leadership at the UN, they have spared Secretary-General Annan!

This is also symbolic and has no effect on the leadership posts!
