Swarms of pink locusts have swept through Cairo, Egypt, evoking the biblical plagues in the time of Moses.
Swarms of millions have been reported arriving from Libya after devouring the countryside in central and western Africa.

Locusts one of the 10 plagues God visited upon on the Egyptians before Pharaoh, their ruler, relented and let the enslaved children of Israel go.

They should catch them.. Bbq them, and sell them to poor starving africans. Locusts are high in proteins, and I think their cleaner than fly's at least.

UUmmMmmmMm Locust burgers. They taste pretty bland though.

Be sure to remove the legs before you eat them though, they get stuck in your teeth.

Well, it's not like locusts are going to stop and ask politely before consuming the crops. I don't think this is going to be a good compass to follow, to guage the apocalypse.
