This poll is to see who we all think is the best ever to have graced the English Premiership with their presence. I have put this up due to requests put forward in my other existing poll, "Best Veteran In The Premiership". Please vote on it aswell to make your voice heard.

Peter (the model) Beardsley. All rounder, didn't dive (all divers should be out) played until the whistle went. Fantastic!

Alan Shearer has to be the one for me, but i look back thinking of such legends as Faustino Asprilla, Les Ferdinand, Tony Adams etc. Oh well

A bit old by the time the Premiership started though.

Easily Thierry Henry, but some others that people may want to take into consideration: Stuart Pearce, Michael Owen, Dennis Bergkamp, Paul Ince...I'll add some more when I'm not quite so tired.

Cantona, despite the fact i loathe Man Utd and Leeds, i still think he is the best ever player to play in the Prem. That said, if Arsenal ever become as dominant as Man Utd were i think Henry might just nick the crown.

I voted other. How how how did you forget Zola? He was the most skillful player in the world, and I think that in his day he could have beaten Henry today. He's still playing you know, at his home town of Cagliari.

This is a nonsense poll. Alan Shearer is undeniably the greatest player in the history of the Premiership bar none, and I am a Liverpool fan.

Alan Shearer, no question. And to all those who say Newcastle can't win without him, look no further. Crystal Palace 0-2 Newcastle, without Alan Shearer. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. :D
