What if?

I noticed the old thread on what if one religion was right on about jesus. Well what if one political party was some what close to Jesus? God obviously lets everybody do whatever it is they are willing and able to do. God is all about freedom with "No formalities" "No labels" "stay away from politics". Politics is what hinders freedom, it is the direct faction to the freedom of God. Which poltical party is based with the most Faith (trust) on the people? Which political party is willing to do the least if any comprimise(would God comprimise, probably not)? Which political party is the most real with what they want (no beating around the bush)? So yea I think the Libertarians are with the most faith. They don't want to restrict anyone or anything that is sensible and of the upmost capability of being handled by the average American.

no political party in the US today meets your criteria
if any were formed, they would not be successful enough to make it into the mainstream.

The libertarian party would change with the first hint of political power. Do you actually think either major party is based on ideals? The republican party is the party of "act conservative spend big". The democrats are the party of hope the republicans screw up enough.
And God is all about limited freedom, you can't offer freedom when the punishment for some actions is to burn for eternity.

I was just saying so because I do find it funny. Look at republican, democrat, green and any other party out there and what do they all have in common. They all say My name is blah and you can trust me first. The libertarians say My name is blah and I trust you first. God looks at every being out there and says I trust you with this life first before you must trust in me.

Yes, God is all complete freedom. Complete freedom to burn for your mistakes and complete freedom to do what is right. Without knowing it is wrong to kill another person from what other people say, our consciences (instincts) let us know it is wrong (whatever you dont want done to you is true for others). It is instinctual to trust and love other people to do the right thing.
First we would have to agree what jesus' message was. Some say he was a fire and brimstone preacher. Some say he was somewhat socialist. Some say he advocated complete withdrawl from worldly things (no involvement in gov't etc.)

We could always debate theology, and I could fail to convince you that it is impossible to be omniscient and omnipotent and allow others free will, but that dead horse has been kicked to a pulp.
It is an amusing point, however, about the parties and their trust me tactics. Political parties, since the Reagan revolution, and to an extent the Nixon/Kennedy debates have been all about image. It's all marketing, being blatant enough to reach the stupid yet slick enough to avoid being obvious.

What is impossible for God? We limit what we have not conquered by our limited knowledge as being impossible. God has a simple answer.
