In court Tuesday, prosecutors argued that Robinson is a flight risk because she is unemployed, on welfare and was being evicted from her apartment. Judge Robert McBeth agreed.

If she's unemployed, on welfare, and being evicted from her apartment, how is she going to post bail?

Well, unless she happens to have a lot of friends, or a fund is made...but..barring the nearly impossible chance of someone posting bail for her,out of the kindness of their heart..she's rather stuck there.

However, IF she is guilty..I'd say she deserves life without parole. I may not be fond of kids...but..gods..at least take care of your own and love them like you're supposed to.
