Yep its chicken, unless duck is available, rabbit at a pinch... pheasant so-so. :) . as for pork, ill pass.

when you make issue, you van see under your thread(before you sumbited it), some options. one of them is create poll, and then you need to choose the number of options you want in that poll.

Venison. Deer is very lean, very tasty when cooked correctly.
Besides, d*mn bambi owes me for taking down an electric fence in subzero, howling artic wind. Our horse thought it most amusing to bolt out, so I had to try and fix a wire fence (brittle in such cold temps), rusty pliers, and fingers so cold they had no feeling.
