Most everyone agrees that Washington and Lincoln are the top two. Third place is sometimes debated, but usually the consensus is FDR. So, who takes fourth place for you?

I'm predicting that the first three mentions will be Kennedy, Reagan, and Clinton...

Jefferson, Truman and Reagan all seem to be pretty close in my book.

These are my 4 less obvious choices...

Grover Cleveland, seems like a good bloke
Martin van Buren, The "Little Magician" was a tidy sort of president
Woodrow Wilson, had a good reputation in Europe
Micheal Jordan, president elect in 2012

Adams, Pres #2. Of all the presidents of the US, only Washington and Adams refused to belong to a political party.

Herbert Hoover was most certainly a better president than Franklin Delanor Roosevelt was, however, this is once you consider his flawed economic policy and rebuilding strategies during his attempt to salvage the great depression, and says more against Roosevelt than it does for Hoover.

Personally I admire Reagan for sucessfully managing to clean up the mess created by Carter, who was, lightly put, a foolhardy lunatic who engaged in needless fearmongering and incompotence.

Thomas Jefforson also comes to mind due to his devotion to minimal government and moderated pace of change.

I dunno... Jefferson? Then again, I wouldn't have picked Lincoln for second place, so...
