Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has solved the Blues' scoring problem and their defense is one of the best in Europe (3 goals allowed in 12 games!).

Arsenal Or Chelsea. ManUre Won't get anywhere, simply because of Fergies arrogance and because their day is over. Arsenal will probably get out of the winter problems, but it will be neck for neck this season.

from one hand, arsenal will need to win because they had the beutiful soccer in england, and sometimes even in Europe.
from other hand, after so many years, I think it's the blue time of chelsey.

The Canaries are tied for last with Southampton and Blackburn Rovers, but props for keeping the faith.

Actually there is a Nottingham Forest football club, although they are currently at the wrong end of the League in the First Division, not in the Premiership.

Liverpool is currently in 8th place with 17 points, but never say die.

Thats an old trick of ours (Blackburn). We start badly, and then come back to finish 12th. Not this year though, this year we're going all the way. (down)

My current problem is that my brother is an Everton fan. I made a bet with him, over who would finish above who. every point is another pound. We have about 13 points between us. That will make me short on cash

Can anyone explain the process of "regulation" in the Premiership? The last team gets dropped to First Division and the top one in First Division moves up?

(bump)

*still try to find out this "regulation" rule that kicks the last place team out of the top league

Chelsea's going to take the title this year as much as I want Manchester United to do so. They suck this year.

"Tampa Bay Buccaneers owner Malcolm Glazer ousted three Manchester United board members Friday in a move that could signal plans for a hostile takeover of the famed soccer team."

He will finally be able to use those old Tampa cream sickle orange uniforms - he can pawn them off on ManU. They've started a Tampa Bay Bucs kind of slide into mediocrity anyway.

Chelsea. MOST likely. Their defence is number UNO, and their attack is great. Plus, nearly all of their reserves, had they been in other teams, would have been first choice, except Huth.

However I tip Arsenal relatively close, followed by Liverpool. :D

I said Everton, only because my friend Nate is wearing an Everton jersey and he's within eyesight. Really, there's like 6 months to go, right? So I don't have the slightest idea how the season will progress. I suppose it looks like Chelsea, but I say Everton for my previously stated extremely logical reasons.

Dosn't stop me wanting them to win it though, and it's The Championship actually, get your terms right. :)

I know where not doing right well at the moment, (I paid 18 pound to see them yesterday against Burnley, honestly Burley had two shots, and they scored one of them, we had about 20 but can't score for love or money.)

Ogiek, the bottom 3 teams in the Prem go down and the Top 2 plus whichever one that wins the playoffs goes up.

Probably Chelsea or Arsenal, but more importantly, who's gonna win the Coca-Cola Championship?

How the top ten fared this weekend

Chelsea, Arsenal, Everton, Aston Villa, Man U, Liverpool, and Charlton all won this weekend. Middleton, Bolton and Portsmouth all lost (to West Brom, Aston Villa and Southampton respectively).

Hey, don't give up. You're only 18 points from the top...of the division 1 chart.

Well...maybe it is time to give up. But there is always next year.

How the mighty have fallen.

It looks like Chelsea’s manager, Jose Mourinho, has thrown down the gauntlet against Arsenal. According to the BBC, referring to Arsenal's 5-4 win over Spurs, Mourinho said: "Five-four is a hockey score, not a football score.”

"In a three-against-three training match, if the score reaches 5-4 I send the players back to the dressing rooms as they are not defending properly."

"So to get a result like that in a game of 11 against 11 is disgraceful."

Just adds more spice to the 12 Dec. match in Highbury.

Mourinho just doesn't know when to shut up does he?
Same for Ferguson, does anybody else think that they're both jealous of Wenger?
They only started insulting him lately, and now its become a regular occurence.

It doesn't seem to be a smart move to fire up the other team. Claudio Ranieri was a bit more humble, but if Mourinho can back up his talk then who can complain? He certainly has the Blues performing better than Ranieri did.
