As they tumble to the ground, the screen fades to black, and we hear some heavy moaning. The following words appear on the screen:

The rest of you only get to have sex with the person you choose, but as much as possible. I get to have sex with as many people as much of the time as I feel like.

Mandatory democracy is a contradiction in terms. An oxymoron, as I heard Madeleine Albright say the other day, and I f*ing agree. You're sounding like Orwell "slavery is liberty".

Hehe... sex should be mandatory to have at least once a year for all non-virgins, and once a week for anyone in a committed sexual relationship.

Once you pop, you can't stop. Legally now. Except we're not talking Pringles.

There would have to be a fair deal of restrictions.

1. Age. People under 18 would be excempt, for health concerns

2. STDs. People with STDs would not be allowed to participate, to help stop the spread of STDs.

3. Family ties. Incest laws would still have to apply. Unfortunatly, after a generation or two, you would have very little clue who you are related to, because if people have say, a different partner each Tuesday and Saturday, there would be at least 10 possible parents per child.

4. Moral excemptions. There would have been serious problems if say, Mother Theresa had been forced to have sex. Also, this gets rid of the rape element.

Basically, if there were going to be something like this, it would be a program that you would sign up with. People with STDs and people under 18 would need not apply. You wouldn't have to sign up, if you had a moral excuse.
