This man has committed a malicious, violent and unbelievably horrible act. However, I do not agree in stooping down to that same horrible act, to killl another human being. We dont rape rapists, or sodomize child molesters or rob a theive's house. elt that man rot in jail.

True. All life is precious. That said, if at some later date proof is found that Scott, or any person convicted of a capital crime, is not guilty, there is no way to give back life. Though my gut feeling tells me he killed Laci and Conner, and I did not hear or see all of the evidence the prosecution presented, I have to wonder why no physical evidence was found in the house or in the boat, other than a strand of hair found in a pair of plyers that could not definitely be confirmed to be Laci's.

I do not support capital punishment. Under any circumstances.

Nothing. And as in every other murder case, I'm going to say that he should not be killed.

No, we leave that to fellow prisoners. They don't take too kindly to those types.

Personally, I think he deserves death if he did kill them, but it is not up to me, it is the government's responsibility. It's better that justice is served by the impartial rather than "popular passions" of the public.

Execution isn't a punishment that fits the crime, it's a punishment that's no different from the crime.
