I have no idea what "OOC" means... also "bump" ... please enlighten me! I've looked all over for an answer, I'm reading a bunch of guides and the FAQ and probed my feeble brain for ideas, but to no avail. Is there a list of NS-specific abbreviations somewhere? I've been an online junkie for years but RP is pretty new to me and so is some of the language. Help! I want to get good at this! thanks! :confused:

Bump means their just "bumping" up the thread.

Out Of Character
BUMP is just what you say when your thread has receded from the forefront of the forums and you need to post something to get it back to the top.
OOC is for use only in the Role-Playing sections of the forum, it means Out of Character and implies that you're now speaking as you (the player) and not as the nation.
