Why is wearing a cheap suit a sin?

Apart from it being a crime against good taste. Most cheap clothes are a mixture of materials, which is as any reader of Leviticus knows, a heinous biblical sin.

Why?

Cause the Bible said so! :rolleyes:
How about a mobile suit? Does the Bible look down on that type of suit too?

Nothing in that book makes sense.
Adam & Eve were running around naked,
but now we can't wear synthetic materials?

Here's a quote I found about this;

"Your appearance should honor God. Cheap imitations, either in clothing or
one's character, do not. If you buy quality clothing, you are setting an
example. If this example extends to your conduct, you are representing the
lifestyle of a quality Christian. That honors both yourself and God."

It's a bunch of crap.

Wouldn't the obscene and wasteful expense of needlessly quality clothing better go to charity or helping the poor or something?

The Christian Church just doesn't want a bunch
of homeless bums sleeping in the pews.
