i am very frustrated. i am muslim and eid is in a few short days. i asked for halo 2 and i made a deal with my parents if i found halo 2 before eid, i could use it. my dad is a master hider. i need sugestions on where to look.

I concur. I have used this tactic in the past and it worked.

Check the ceiling. Always somewhere there. Or near where you normally play Halo 2, sometimes peopel think they are clever and hide it right in front of you, but it's hard to notice...

Check in cabinets: I tape things to the top when I don't want them found.

Good luck finding it. Kill some aliens for me when you do.

Look in rarely used pots and pans...or inside that suspicious box of Oat Bran that's been sitting in your kitchen for 6 months.

yes, the ending was a joke, but still it had some good story and the gameplay is awesome

Depending on how clean you are in your room, I would hide something there.

Remember the Ninja thing about hiding in plain sight.....

The trick to hiding anything narrow (book, cd, Xbox game) is to tape or bluetack it to the wall behind a picture.

Alternatively, when you line the books up on a bookshelf rather than pushing them right to the back, there's a little gap behind it. That wouldn't be my first guess though, cos if its something that's a challenge to find, it wants to be in a really obvious place so the person searching can be laughed at when they fail to find it.

Don't dismiss the possibility that the box and the CD might be in different places either, or that the paper cover thing on the box has been hidden behind/switched with another cover and then put in plain sight.

The fun is all in the gameplay. I just got off a 12-person team-slayer match on three linked X-boxs. Goddamn, but that was fun!

Try looking between furniture and the wall, under any carpet and behind curtains and paintings, anything that's hanging on the walls or a hook. Check to see if it's been folded into clothing or if it's been taped onto hanging clothing. Anything that stands on legs (tables, chairs, etc) could have it taped under it, and if you have cereal or cracker boxes, check them. Good Luck!
