Tried Camel meat in Egypt many years ago. It is VERY tough and dry.
Maybe it was the preparation, but I wouldn't reccomend it.
havn't tried Llama.
I'll stick with Moose meat as my favorite.

Camel needs to be stewed for a long time, like mutton. Stewed camel goes very well with cous-cous or just bread.
Don't know about llamas.
