PHXiSO is one of many release groups on the net. A release group is, of course, a group of people who distribute warez.
What is the file format? Probably either .bin/.cue, or .iso. Either can be burned using almost any popular cd burning software, or mounted using something like Daemon Tools (do a Google on that).

I'm not sure what you're asking. You want to burn a .iso file onto a CD or convert a CD into a .iso?
Its files for a game, not in a CD format. There is no setup option.

Hell no. Daemon Tools 4 life.
You can either download WinRAR (http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250_4-10333802.html?tag=lst-0-1) and unpack it like you would a .zip file, or use something like Ahead Nero (http://www.ahead.de/en/index.html) to burn it onto a CD.
I downloaded a .RAR of emule for a game, the game is 2 CD's, I extracted them, and they are not in any format I know about.

What program do you presently use to mount ISOs on your harddrive?
What's the extension?
.001 going all the way up to .054
