I'll be damned if I let this thread be ignored. Please read my views!

No i'm not pointing any fingers in one direction, I point fingers in all directions.

All politicians are incapable to look after their countries. They make false promises, they look for any way to make money (Even if it means war), They secretly plan ways to crush us under their heel, and they use fear as a weapon.

Ah yes, fear. the weapon of choice used during the presidential elections. When they weren't slandering each other, they were trying to say they'd make america safe while the other candidate would not. They're all pathetic morons, and a sensible man can see through their ploy. Both Kerry and Bush are incapable of governing the US, and they should have picked 2 other candidates. Republican, Democrat, it doesn't matter. They all end up the same. Corrupt.

My view is a world ruled by me and me alone, ruling with an Iron fist, the death penalty for any crime (That'd keep those damned teens in line!), regardless of age, and the freedom to live your life-as long as you obey the law. Yes a bit extreme, but it is my dream of how to control the world.

I am sorry if this thread has offended everyone (Especially as I attacked both sides), but if you have any disagreements feel free to post them here.

EDIT: before you call me a hypocryte, I'd still give you more freedom that the over governments. At least I won't totally crush you under my heel.

i dont think an iron fist dictatorship would be a bad form of government as long as the dictator wasnt a compleat ideot. BUT, like u said before... power corupts all people eventualy... what woulod stop you from becoming a pycotic dictator? i mean... u seem to be well on your way to crazy already....


i think the solution to that would be to hire objective assasins that are out side the law and they could keep and eye on the dictator, but who lived with normal people around the country so that ultimately the citzens had a way to regulate the govt.but only indirectly. Thuse... population influences assasins... assasins influence dictator... dictator influences population.... sort of a form of checks and balences.

I would not let power corrupt me. The thing that corrupts is money-and I do not seek pointless material wealth.

Before the Iran-Iraq war of the 1980's, one could consider Iraq to be similar to your type of government.
Death or worse for the traitors but a superb welfare state, womens rights and the freedom of enterprise. Of course the war shortly after bankrupted and ruined an otherwise prosperous and happy country....

Not that I endorse Saddam's methods, but one has to admit that the Iraqi people were happy before the Iran-Iraq war....

For any good dictatorship to work you would require a secret police force. I hmbly offer my support as head as said force

My secret police force will only contain those who have passed dozens of tests to confirm they will not betray me.

They will then be screened monthly. And the people who screen them will be screened.

I agree. Using fear as weapon against your own people is twisted and mean. You scared Americans out there: you realise you have the most powerful military in the world? Terrorist are not as powerful though Bush keeps telling they are. There aren't SO many of them anyway, really. (but there will be) Maybe bombing everything in certain area isn't the best solution in war against terrorism.

well finland has been in war to keep their independency...if it's profit, ok then, other option would have been living under Soviet leaders. Sweden has been in war..hmm..let me think...in 17th century? I don't think it's fair to blame their government for something that has happened so long ago.
