PearPC is an emulator that creates a PowerPC processor environment on an x86-based computer. In a nutshell, it lets you run Mac OSX in Windoze.
Here (http://www.satanstephen.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/Awesomeness.jpg) is a screenshot of it in action.

I was wondering whether anyone else has had any experience using this? Or perhaps someone looking at getting a Mac and wants to try out OS X first, or for those like me who just like to mess around with computers.

The website is: http://pearpc.sourceforge.net/ and contains most of the stuff you need to get started (Except a copy of Mac OSX. You'll need to get a .iso from... somewhere ;) )

It runs in Linux, too.
It will also run any PPC distro of Linux.

Yeah I noticed that after reading the site's information. Although, running on a Linux system when I can run Gnome just seems a little redundant.

I do advise it, however, for all Winblows users. Maybe they will come to the dark side. :D

That's pretty cool. I will have to look into it sometime.

Also, I have been running the Firefox 1.0 Preview, and I just got Firefox 1.0, they finally added the "Go" button, so I am fully pleased with it now.

The next proper release of it should be offering soundcard support, something which can be coaxed out of the recent nightly builds but still needs a lot of work.
Getting the internet out of it is also a bit tricky, but if you read one of the guides on http://www.pearpc.net it can be done, as my screenshot shows. :)
