Even IF young women who give birth are less likely to get cancer than those who do so later in life, there is no way from that to deduce whether it is the pregnancy or the birth that reduces that cancer risk.
Rather than resort to scientific evidence, they rely on unproven deduction. Why? For political motivations. Then they accuse the scientists who actually do SCIENCE of exactly that. *eyeballs spin around*
Shit like this is entirely too common when the anti-abortionists figured they couldn't overturn Roe v. Wade...yet.
