Has anybody tried to fly over the naval yard or desert military base? I was hoping to procure one of the military fighters that they’ll send out after you but I can’t seem to find any. I landed on the carrier and they had nothing there. So I went to the desert base and all they had was a couple tanks and a cargo chopper. Trying to take the cargo chopper nearly got me shot down by the SAMs. The Tanks were all locked in a high fence that I couldn't get out of.

Or is nobody that far yet?

Carry on with the missions. You get one eventually from a mission at your airstrip. I completed the missions, 40 hours in 8 days.
