Yep. Come on. Admit your secret weaknessess. The stuff you just *know* will come back to haunt you.

Or at the very least make something up you wusses :p
I:

Have black and pink hair extensions currently
Have allowed photos to be taken of the above
Collect My Little Ponies
Do in fact play with said ponies
Did I mention I'm 17 and not, in fact, 3?
Have a super strong happy relationship with both caffeine and sugar (but they don't know about each other, so shhhh)
Own fluffy handcuffs
Have put them to good use
Did not study for any of my exams at all
Have an online diary

Holy Batman! updated list! (because it's easier than posting a new one... no, wait... it isn't... well, it is now because I've already got the editing thing open...)

Cannot see the floor of my bedroom for comics and clothes and little bits of cat-shredded tissue
Legos. I collect Legos. As well as the ponies.
I own (*shudders*) more than one Bratz doll.
Discworld books. Not just reading. Not just re-reading. Buying, and then reading instead of studying.
the ponies I collect loom over my computer desk, staring at me with their dead eyes :p

Computers are good for avoiding studying. You can play Morrowind (mmmmMorrowind). Come to think of it, 'Morrowind' can head my next list of vices.

Hey, it's not my fault one of my ex-male friends delighted in corrupting my mind.

Movies - HORROR! If there's no blood, or at least the *possibility* of blood, I'm not interested. Gore is <3. Psychological thrillers amuse me greatly also. Monsters are a plus, but many movies pull it off without them. I'm also a fan of that so-so genre, the 'Stupid-people-getting-picked-off-one-by-one' movie type. So many are bad... but at least I can laugh at them (*points and laughs at Ghost Ship and Deep Blue Sea*)

It really works out well, because good horror movies are good for scare value, and *bad* horror movies are fun to laugh at (Event Horizon! Teeheehee! Funny science-talk!)

a 3d boardgame? that sounds painfull, how does it work?

Well, I mean 3D as in, all the castles are 3D (not impressive, just 3D), all the pieces are more than just little circles with faces drawn on them, they have little pop-up horses and crowns and turrets and so forth... not too impressive a game overall, except when you consider the board is more than 1 metre square (for those of you unaccustomed to metres, this is the equivilent of 'big').

The size was it's eventual downfall, as I got sidetracked making a miniture version for some random friend's birthday.

I do plan eventually on making a layered boardgame though (imagine those multi-layered chess sets you sometimes see, only not with chess/checkers).

I built a five foot long ship once. Took two of us to carry it. It justified us taking the other ships and just tossing them as an attack. Well, I have to go to my next class, so I'll check this topic in about 40 minutes. Ciao

Have black and pink hair extensions currently
Have allowed photos to be taken of the above
Collect My Little Ponies
Do in fact play with said ponies
Did I mention I'm 17 and not, in fact, 3?
Have a super strong happy relationship with both caffeine and sugar (but they don't know about each other, so shhhh)
Own fluffy handcuffs
Have put them to good use

I hope for you you are a girl. :D

One of my weaknesses:
My favorite song. Everybody hates it except my granny.
All the other songs I like are quite normal.

Ehhh. I've a list as well.

-I collected Thomas the Tank Engine sets.
-I still have my collection
-Power Rangers? Check.
-It was my favorite show as well...
-I also own more than one Bratz doll, although that's mostly a joke from my friends.
-I still watch the power rangers now and again for reminiscent purposes
-I accidentally pointed a laser pointer at my priest when I was six during mass, and he was tackled by someone in the front row fearing a sniper was targetting him.
-I own a barbie video-game. Two of them.

Sad part is that I'm male. My grandma has a somewhat distasteful idea of what sort of things to buy for my sister and I that we'll both like.

It was a fun barbie game. We could explore her magical house.

I own that game! I own that game! YAYYY! It's been dumped for Morrowind though.

Oh, and I would also build spaceships out of legos and fight with them for hours. xD

Yeah, well me and a friend used to try to make the most solid structures out of Lego and then smash them up... and when I say 'structures', I mean 'usually carefully layered and connected cubes of blocks'

First one to smash at least one block off the other person's structure won ^.^

Oh, I am indeed honoured. I know how strong the call to Morrowind is.

I can't imagine playing it on an Xbox - mods are my lifeblood (you can get add on quests! And new weapons and armour and yayyyy). Making mods *is* fun, I must agree... although I risk getting so caught up in mod-making that I sometimes go days without playing in-game at all (shock and horror! )

Hmm, I need to make another vice list to encourage more posters...

I used to collect Animorph books, and deeply deeply regret giving away a few select Goosebumps books (I collected them also :p)
I turned a perfectly innocent pony into a Tentacle Monster Pony (think hentai here folks). Eventually I plan on making a Japanese School Girl pony to go with it, possibly with strategically places orifices (if I can work out how that would work).
Lovecraft. Love. Lovecraft = good writing.
I slaved for over 48 hours straight on a book of Lovecraft stories to give to a friend for Christmas... over a year ago, it's still not fully finished (I hand made a cover for it, tea-dyed all the pages, illustrated it and wrote everything out by hand... all while not studying for *last years* exams)
I spent at least one session out of every two-or-more-session SAC (School Assessed Course-work) drawing ponies and not writing anything.
I loooooove jigsaw puzzles. Especially from 'The World's Most Beautiful Jigsaw Puzzle' 1000 piece sets. I've stopped doing them recently, since my latest one is almost 100% blue water
I turned my ex-boyfriend into a complete exhibitionist.
I then returned him to one of my best friends (his ex), much to her delight (they're still together :D)
I can't stand spiders. Can't. Stand. Them. Ever. I won't squeal and flail, but I will back away in disgust.
Bees apparently can't see/detect me, as they repeatedly fly into me and get caught in my hair.
I own a Gamecube (oh! the shame/lack-of-shame)
I've spent more time playing Eternal Darkness on my GC than all my other GC games (I have around 10), put together.
There was an ongoing joke about dolphin statuettes, and what use I may or may not have put them to in the past (ignore the rumours about pewter dragons though, that's not *my* fetish, but rather my friend's... the same guy who subjected me the Le Blue Girl

There. That's another list. Now other people need to post, before the whole thread becomes Sdaeriji and I praising each other (oh, wait... did I say 'before'? ;):p)

Well... let's see:

Vices:
- Chocolate.
- Caffeine dependency.
- BIG computer dependency
- VERY BIG NationStates dependency

Things to be ashamed of:
- I had Little Ponies and kept them until I was 10... in case you didn't know I'm a dude... <sigh>
- I still have a lot of collection and just-to-play toy cars.
- Roleplaying.
- Trying to build a better roplaying system to beat the crap out of d20... and I still didn't give up.
- Morrowind überfan, still playing it... with almost 30 mods, 4 made by myself.
- Baldur's Gate ultra-überfan, thinking on getting Cablemodem just to download the really big mods.
- Having read 5 times "Lord of the Rings". Just for your information I was a fan a long time before there was even a chance that a movie was made, but anyway...
- I love Garfield and agree with the character in almost everything except raisins.
- I love raisins... :p
- Having a "pony tail" when I was 17.
- I hate to study and that's the main reason, no other excuse, for me to do badly in Uni.
- Gambling, just because I love taking money from people that think they know how to gamble; giving me a chance to be competitive and mischievous (sp?) when no other area of my life allowes me to.
- I love weaponry, fighting jets and other military stuff (of all times) even if I believe and am concious that war is a terrible thing.
- I have physically fought some times instead of just walking away.

Weaknesses:
- Myopia in my right eye, not too serious but still a weakness.
- I run away from flying roaches; give me spiders, snakes, sharks, but don't give me roaches.
- Red haired women (mildly weak to them, it depends on other factors too of course).
- Women that act truly as equals to men and are not "feminists" (in the bad sense of the word as was stablished in a thread not long ago).
- Some sexual things that makes me absolutely attracted to a woman if she talks about them... I got several punches from woman-friends for that... and the handcuffs talk is going that way... :D

Since we're making confessions here, I'll give it a go. In my youth, I was a rabid statist Communist. Or at least, I thought I was.

Since then I have indeed seen the error of my ways and I'm now a lazy, good for nothing Anarchist.

I'm still a communist (not too rabid and not a statist) but I think I'm going your way... the lazy part is the main attractive :p

Delicious braaaaaaaaaaaaaaaiiiiiiiinssssssssssssssssssssssssss!

Well, that depends. What's your attitude to bouncy girls being greatly, greatly amused by you? And, depending on your accent, hanging on your every word (I find that tends to amuse a great number of people)?

And I'm *half* mainly-Irish-Scottish-and-Welsh (no English for me... bah :()

I start fires!

And is that a weakness or a vice?

Because, I mean, it could be a weakness, because people could track you by the smoke, but...

What? Why are you all looking at me funny? It's a perfectly valid question!

--------

*ahem*, anyway, I just came online to poke this thread with another list, I'll probably be leaving soon for the aforementioned pony-shopping (it's no longer 2am! yay!)

Pigtails. I have, in fact, worn pigtails. In public. At the age of 17. A scary guy (who was in his late 20s at least) tried to convince me I looked 21 and that was why he wanted my number >.> <.< I think not.
I collected Pokemon cards for a short period of time (I still have all of the ones I had back then... I stopped before they introduced Fossil packs)
Not only that, but I've moved onto Magic: The Gathering (but before anyone gets excited, I cannot play. I just... like the cards.... because I'm strange :D)
I used to love audio cassettes. Not *music* audio cassettes (that would be non-shameful). No, I loved stories-on-cassette. Partially because there were some greate stories (Mmmm...A Box Of Nothing, The Tulip Touch... etc), but also because... well... did I mention that I like English accents? And that there are whole companies where *all* the narrators have English accents?
I actually went corset shopping a few weeks back. Now I want to murder society because I found the nicest one (silvery, but not overly girly)... problem is it was $400. $400. Well, the other problem is it was in one of those... goth stores... with the 'Yay! We are gothic! And charging you a hidden tax for the atmosphere of our store! :D!'. Did you know that *apparently*, tarten is now gothic?
My (non-online) diaries cannabalise one another. I'll fill one up halfway with quotes in glittery pens, and pictures of random junk... then I'll buy a new diary. Slowly but surely, all the quotes/pictures get shifted to the new one, leaving the old one tattered and empty.
I was fascinated with Atlantis for a short period in time (short enough that I only bought two books on it). One comes to the 'conclusion' that Atlantis was actually Cuba (amazingly there aren't any 'communism == paradise' comments... well, maybe not that amazingly). The other talks more about the Egyptian pyramids than Atlantis.
I don't *really* like Dilbert comics (I mean, some are funny, but... there are funnier comics out there), but Scott Adams' writing amuses me no end.
In my recent exams, in two *different* exams, I wrote on texts I either hadn't done for over a year, or had never seen before, whit:
English: I meant to prepare to write on Henry Lawson's Short Stories, but hadn't... you know... prepared. I wrote on Hamlet. Which I hadn't seen since last year, so I was all "and then... the king... whatshisname... oohooh! I don't mean the king, I mean the assistant-of-the-kings-*son*, whatshisname"
Literature: I planned to do Forbes' Poetry (UGH). Instead, I became fascinated by Shakespeare's Sonnets. Hopefully I was only meant to analyse them... because that's pretty much all I did.
Have actually got a fairly large amount on NeoPoints in Neopets (the shame! The Eternal Shame!)
I've read far too many Michael Crichton books for my own good... and... I know, I know, they're all the same... but! They're slightly, somewhat, different.... sometimes there are aliens!

Ok, you can all consider this a simple 'bump', since I can't start a dialogue because I'm going pony-shopping now! Yeeeee! *bounces*.

Bouncy? are you made of some sort of rubber or polymer? Oh, wait. You mean the bouncy sort of attitude, correct? That's not bad at all. And my accent tends to come and go, and is only seriously present when I'm being...emotional.

Mmmmpizza (yay for conforming to stereotypes!)

And when I say 'bouncy', I generally mean a bouncy attitude (when I'm not being cynical, that is). But I also tend to bounce up and down when I'm happy. As in, you know, bouncing. Up and down. Yee!

Hehehe! Football! Football is silly (well, Aussie Rules football is, at any rate, which is all I've ever actually watched).

But then, I think sports are mostly silly. Except Rugby, when it's English teams playing.

Gasp, I hope this doesn't cause a loss of <3 from Sdaeriji!

:p

Nah, you're right. Rugby is a real game.

Yep. Come on. Admit your secret weaknessess. The stuff you just *know* will come back to haunt you.

Well, there are a number of compromising photos (and possibly...no, definitely one...video) including me out there which can forever bar me from public office for multiple reasons. If we all keep to the traditions, though, none of us will be haunted by anything... ;)

Of course, more strangers than I can count have seen me in nothing but gold briefs and boots, so that compounds it a bit.
