Bush won! Get over it! There's nothing you can do about it! Not only did he win, but he won with a RECORD NUMBER OF VOTES! Hate him all you want, but if you're so big on democracy, then stop having a hissy fit when democracy doesn't go your way...If democracy always did what you wanted it to do, it wouldn't be a democracy, now would it?

This is the problem with so many people in the world.
They LOVE Democracy when it goes their way . . .
but hate it when it's someone elses turn to enjoy it.

Why do the mods continue to lock threads which they disagree with on ideology but continue to allow profanity and offensive postings they agree with stand? I agree we need mods, but they need set procedures rather than unchecked censorship ability.

People. If you think a thread will be locked, you do NOT post in it. How is that in any way unclear? Superpower07, DemonLordEnigma, you're being warned for this.
Steel Butterfly, mods can't be everywhere. If you think a thread is flaming, for heaven's sake, report it in the moderation forum, don't use it to insult posters and the mods.
Altegonia, we have a clear set of rules laid out in the TOS and the FAQ that moderators enforce on the forums. Flaming, flamebait, trolling, etc, is locked, regardless of whatever ideology it espouses.
Rhyno D, we've asked posters in the sticky posted recently by Rep to refrain from throwing more wood on the fire, so to speak. This thread only serves to worsen an already inflamed situation, which is why, yes, it is being locked.
