Tragic... truly upsetting. My deepest sympathies go out to his family, friends, and fiance.
I must say, I was expecting some deaths over this election, but am dismayed that it actually came to pass.
Any suicide is tragic. It speaks to how fragile we all are. It also says something about the isolation that some of us live in where friends and family are not aware that we have reached such a low point. Often, suicide destroys more than one life.
As this man threw away his life and caused so much pain to his family and friends on the result of an election, speaks pretty clearly on his overall mental stability. As with the people saying they are moving out of country, he did not look to see that this election only plotted the course of this country for 4 years. He did not, or could not, see the opportunities for change and improvement beyond those 4 years. That is truly tragic.
