Why would have Kerry been a better president?
Think of all the pretty grey pictures he could have drawn. I mean, Bush only has black and white paint, but Kerry? Wonderful and various shades of grey. Plus, he seemed like a bit of a protectionist, but he wanted to make amends with allies... now, how to make amends and restrict trade with folk at the same time?
Fun times would have been ahead.
(Note: It's a joke, people. I'm not looking for a left-wing assault. I made fun of both candidates, see?)
Kerry's wife would have been a far more fun first lady...

He's not Bush.
That's exactly the reason he didn't get elected. 90% of the people who voted Kerry this year weren't voting for Kerry, they were voting against Bush.
Kerry won't ban as much stuff as Bush.

IMO the only good thing about a Kerry Presidency would have been the fact that with an overwhelming republican congress, he wouldn't be able to get anything accomplished. :p Of course, if it's true that his people had to take away his phone because he was such a flip flopper maybe it wouldn't matter much anyway ;)
