This was a speech I gave in class. I didn't annonuce each number in the one part. I recieved a standing ovaitation, and later we called a little repbulican girl a "bitch." :) and we shall continue until she mends her ways.


The republican support the war against Iraq, but they don’t want to pay any taxes to support it. And of course they’d never send their children over to fight. They’re against stem cell research which could cure millions, but they are for the wholesale killing of Iraqi children. They want a small government and a “conservative” budget. But the government has never been larger than right now. Repbulicans are selfish ignorant animals who truly don’t care about the good of the country.
They ride on the ticket of “freedom,” but they have supported too many dictatorships to count.
1. 1953: U.S. overthrows Prime Minister Mossadegh of Iran. U.S. installs the Shah as dictator.
2. 1954: U.S. overthrows democratically elected President Arbenz of Guatemala. 20,000 civilians are killed. President Eisenhower on orders from Chiquita bananas. Yes 20,000 Guatemalans died for bananas.
3. 1963: U.S. backs assassination of South Vietnamese President Diem.
4. 1963-1975: The Vietnam War, supported by the U.S. military, kills an est. 4 million people in Southeast Asia.
5. September 11, 1973: U.S. stages a military coup in Chile. Democratically elected president Salvador Allende is assassinated. Dictator General Augusto Pinochet is installed. 5,000 Chileans are murdered.
6. 1977: U.S. backs military rulers of El Salvador. 7,000 Salvadorans and four American nuns are killed.
7. 1980s: U.S. trains Osama bin Laden and fellow Muslim terrorists to kill Soviet soldiers in Afganistan War. CIA gives them $3 billion.
8. 1981: Reagan administration trains and funds Contras to fight communist government. 30,000 Nicaraguans die.
9. 1982: U.S. provides billions in aid to Saddam Hussein for weapons to kill Iranians.
10. 1983: The White House secretly and illegaly gives Iran weapons to kill Iraqis.
11. 1989: CIA agent Manuel Noriega (also serving as president of Panama) disobeys orders from Washington. U.S. invades Panama and removes Noriega. Over a 1,000 Panamanians die.

14. 1998: U.S. bombs “weapons factory” in Sudan. The factory turns out to be making aspirin.

17. Conservatives continue to fight rights for minorities, women, and homosexuals. Even today.

Those are the crimes of the republican party. The patriot act allows the republicans to tap phones, search through medical and criminal records. They have refused homosexuals their civil and economic rights. They have bullied blacks from voting, worst of all, no one can tell them they’re wrong.
The continue to claim that Bush’s tax cuts helped working class America. Haven’t they just made the rich richer and given the middle class a little pocket change? At the expense of the countries economic stability . Is that $600 worth your child’s life? Will it buy you forgiveness? Do you think that it could? I think that you will find, when your death takes it’s toll Satan will have your soul. Every republicans child should be the heat of combat. I’m sorry, I forgot you just pretend to support the war because you want to be looked upon as patriotic. Once your child returns home with amputated limbs, and one eye, maybe then you’ll care. Maybe then you’ll learn a lesson in patriotism and freedom, two words you throw around so flippantly. But you have no idea what they actually mean.
Environmentally repbulicans don’t care. Death doesn’t affect them, except when it’s a collection of cells in a dish. The only life they care for is their own. They fasten all the triggers for the others to fire, then they sit back and watch while the death count gets higher. You hide in your mansion on the poor mans blood. You send the poor to fight your wars. But what happens once you’ve killed them all? Well then they’ll draft the middle class to fight. But send a rich mans son? God forbid!
They’re people who vote for Bush simply because they don’t want change. Or they think Kerry is a “flip-flopper.” If you voted on the president of the United States for such a stupid reason, you don’t deserve to citizenship. As I have said to every republican I’ve ever met. “You have voted for death, and I hope you and your children have to face the consequences.”

Nextly: All politicians do and say what their constituants want. Conservative politicians have conservative constituants who don't believe in stem-cell research, or gay marriage, etc. They do what they need to do to get re-elected.

Nextly: Your war statements make no sense. Are you against war as a principle, or solely Iraq? If its the first, then should we have not fought in Afghanistan, and gone after Osama? If its the second, I remind you that even Kerry voted for the war, as did many others, before the situation was found to be quite different than expected.

Nextly: Kuwait never lost its government, which is actually one of the best in the region, and pays for all its citizens, along with foreign workers, basic needs. Housing, electricity, water, its all paid for by the Kuwaiti government.

Nextly: The CIA gave 3 billion to counter the 10 billion the Russians had pumped into Afghanistan, and their puppet government within said nation. The CIA money was largely routed by the Pakistani ISI whom gave the majority of it to Pashtun forces, and other Afghans. The Arab Afghans, Osama and the men like him, received little direct aid from the US.

Nextly: The UN report blamed the sanctions for the Iraqi death's, not bombings.

Nextly: Clinton instituted a 6 billion dollar aid package to Egypt, along with 2-3 billion military aid package in exchange for Mubarak's support for Israel-Palestine agreements, this follows a long legacy of such payments to Egypt from the US.

Actually, it was an incredibly close race. Historically, I believe it was one of the closest ever. So while Kerry lost, getting 48% of the vote does not make that loss big time. Only small time. :)

Last time I Checked, Bush got 52% of the vote and Kerry 47% and Nader 1% and this could still go up as the Absentee ballots are counted.

It was not a narrow victory no matter how much people say it was. Bush won the MAJORITY of the votes. The last president to do that was George H. W. Bush in 1988! Not even Clinton got a majority. Bush won by well over 3 million votes and in this country, that IS a sizeable victory. As for it being an historic close race? I guess you do not know that Gore won the Popular vote by 500,000 votes but Bush won the electoral college by 1 vote and we have had other Presidential elections that were closer and two decided by the House.

You are Correct Zooke. People always seem to forget that and blame republicans for their failings. Of course, I can say the same regarding republicans but it is mostly when the Democrats are in charge, it always seems to go worse than it should've gotten. I hope your grade doesn't depend too much on that "speech," because it's horrible. The spelling, punctuation, and grammar are all poor. Most of what is presented as fact is nothing more than opinion, speculation, invalid conclusions drawn from false premises and logical fallacies, and outright lies. If I were your teacher, I would give you an F, although I would give you a chance to re-write it correctly and coherently.

I would also refer you to a counselor because of your treatment of the "little [R]epublican girl," as it is outright bigotry. Because of your attitude, I might also request that the local authorities have a little talk with your parents.
