We seem to live in a world plagued with problems at the minute.
Famine. AIDS. Drought. Dictatorships. Genocide. Corruption. Nationalism. Bigotry. War. Disease. Terrorism.

What did we have 10 years ago?
Famine. AIDS. Drought. Dictatorships. Genocide. Corruption. Nationalism. Bigotry. War. Disease. Terrorism.

and 20 years ago?

That's right. The only major thing to have happened recently seems to have been that we've now got a plague of AIDS on our hands as well of the rest of this shit, most of which has pretty much existed since the dawn of time.
So yeah. Nothings gonna change i figure. Ever. Seriously, as human beings we're horribly inefficient and selfish.

People are all cunts

Yeah, but each decade has a little theme to make it interesting. Apparently the current one is "terrorism".

Unfortunately i have to say you're right. But I, and I think almost everyone else, cares about the world and want to make it a better place than it is at this moment.

But why aren't things really improving then? This is the question we should ask ourselves.

Granted, we have better TVs, computers and cars now in the rich part of the world, but are we really that much happier?
