Nah. Kerry doesn't have the willpower to last that long before he flips again. I bet Friday, November 5, 1200.

If things go wrong, November 15. If things go right, he won't have to. It all depends on the remaining ballots.

I think he'll keep fighting until the courts tell him to stop.
He doesn't stick by much, but he usually changes his opinion based on who's around him, and unless he hangs around with a bunch of Republicans, I don't think he's going to concede until he's forced.
Bush has clearly won, but I expect Kerry to keep fighting for a good while yet.

It's going to take time.
Ohio for example I think has it in law that if the voting falls under a certain percentage for the split; it's an automatic recount.
Then the lawyer crap from both sides.

I'd guess November 8th at the earliest; longer if something interesting pops up while they're going through the votes. I wish Kerry'd just concede gracefully, and save face.

With Ohio now at 99.x% reporting, with a 147,613 margin for Bush, it's pretty dang clear that Bush won it.
Okay, so let's assume there were 200,000 of those provisional ballots. It's estimated that 90% of those will be from people who weren't registered to vote - that's what a provisional ballot means, people, in case you weren't informed on the topic. It means quite simply that the voter can't prove that they're a registered voter in that district, so they have to promise that they are, this has to be reviewed, and if they were incorrect in their belief - the ballot is thrown out.
So we're looking at 180k of these ballots. In a state so closely divided, do you really expect 82% of those votes to all be for John F. Kerry? I think not.
Stick a fork in this one, folks, it's done. Despite the liberal bent of CNN, this race is over and Bush won it.
