So Bush has Won... What About 2008?

OK, so George Bush has won again - but remember, you'll be rid of him for good in 4 years' time. So, provided America hasn't been turned into a smoking crater by nuclear war by that time, what about the 2008 elections?
Who will be running? And against who? Who will win? Will the third-party candidates get a look-in? Will 2008 finally be Nader's year? What do you guys think - I've seen a few threads dealing with who people think will be running on the Republican ticket when Bush steps down, or who the race will be between, or who will win, but this is a chance to bring all those ideas together and give us a freeform idea of what you think is going to happen.

I've been vocal in my support for Jeb.
I say: Uncle Jeb's the Ticket to the Future in '08! :)

McCain/Bush vs Hillary/Bill
I fear a..
McCain/J. Bush Republican ticket mixed with a Edwards/H. Clinton Democratic ticket.
Good God I'd be so split between good Presidential choices and bad Veeps that I'll die.
Hilary will want to be running for Pressy.
And Edwards is a fake southerner anyways...
I think it will be Clinton/Clinton

Any combo of McCain/Jeb/Powell/Giuliani would be a formidable ticket. I hope Hillary runs; she will have no chance. And I can vote libertarian without thinking I might cause the dems to win.

Definitely Hillary Clinton 2008, and 2012 I say C. Aguilera/A. Simpson vs B. Spears/J. Simpson...

Hillary for the Dems almost without a doubt, for the Republicans, not a chance unless they put Condaleeza Rice up against Hillary, just my $0.02 worth.

I'm a Libertarian supporter, and of the 'big two' I'm staunchly on the side of the Democrats, but if Powell or Giuliani were to run on the Republican ticket I'd definately look at them with a less suspicious eye.
I don't know enough about McCain to have an opinion and I'm vehemently against any member of the Bush family ever being elected again after today, but Powell or Giuliani would be Republicans I'd consider supporting, especially against Hillary Clinton - though the temptation to support Hillary just for the chance of getting Bill's influence back on top might prove too much.
Edwards/Hillary v Powell/Guiliani
Are you all mad? 2008 is Al Gore's year to take back what he should have won in 2000!
In all seriousness, I don't know who will run. But if Hillary is on the ticket, the Democrats will have self-destructed. It would be political suicide
Disclaimer: Just kidding about the madness part. No offense is meant.
John McCain in '08

I am willing to bet $100 right now that Hillary Clinton will not run for the White House in 2008.
Anyway, I think it will come down to this:
Dems: Dean/Obama
Reps: A fossilized turd/a wet sock
This is all, of course, on the proviso that Bush doesn't enact emergency powers and become dictator when I ... umm ... some random nut walks into the White House with a back-pack nuke.

What do you people see in Edwards? He's a multi-million dollar lawyer, who managed to squeak into the senate for NC, which he will not be re-elected for, and lost on the presidentail ticket. Does he even qualify as a politican?
