A seven-year-old's perspective of the election

The lies and scare tactics the parties use have trickled down to elementary schools. My son came home from school today and told me that if Bush wins he will be drafted and have to go fight in Iraq when he turns 18. He also said that if Kerry wins, he will outlaw GameBoys.
And (the Repubs will have a field day with this) last week they had a mock election in his class. He said that Kerry won with 15 votes to Bush's 10 votes. There are 19 kids in his class. When I pointed this out to him he said, "Wait. 10 to 9. It was 10 to 9."

Dear Lady,
I cast my vote to your Seven year old Child. He is obviously more intelligent than our current President. Seriously. He would be a more astute political machine, with clearer goals and a better mindset than Kerry. So either way, America wins.

Be wary of what is being said to your child outside of your home.
