I made sure I thanked mine.

There are people griping that they had to wait for an hour so they could cast their vote, but these people sit there all day so everyone else can vote.

I have a feeling that these people may be maligned after this election, so thank them now while you have the chance.

One of the officials at my polling place was very nice. I complained that there was no full text copy of the proposed state amendments on display and he agreed that this was definitely a problem - as reading the full text could change many people's votes. He gave me several numbers to call, as he did not personally have the ability to change anything. Unfortunately, the people I called were not so helpful. I'm looking around now to figure out how to file a formal complaint.
