They have to mudwrestle for the presidency
I'm pretty sure the new House would pick the President (from Bush or Kerry) and the new Senate would pick the VP (from Cheney or Edwards) in January.

Si thier is a tie, bush wins, because the senate and the house are controlled by republicans, and which ever one votes will have a majority for bush. thats wouldn't NOT be a good scenario. i shudder to think what could happen if thir was a tie, besides bush being elected pres :p

YOAH! thats crazy talk! it would be so weird if that happened, i would have to make lemon bars, just because i like lemon bars, but that isn't relivant.

Sorry I assumed with the umm election going on /shrug
Ok so in the "General Election for Ruler of the Global Country" they kill everyone who voted wrong.

Actually, under Article 2C paragraph 5 sentence 7 of the Revised Election Procedure, and I quote
... and forsooth, should the result of electoral balloting be construed as an even result, His Highness the President shall be selected verily by a contest of Warhammer 40,000 A.D. The incumbent, having served most graciously for nigh on to four years of the term, shall have the first selection of army, yea and verily shall they be assisted by their selected running mates......
And there you have it. I'm guessing W will go with Space Marines, Cheney Necrons, Kerry Imperial Guard, and Edwards Tau.

A Tie goes to the House of representatives, whose delegates vote on a per state basis. Such a setup would virtually assure a Bush victory
Simple, Kerry would get the North, Bush would get the South and they'd fight it out like the good ol' days.
