A pundit is someone who presents talking points favoring the candidate(s) of their choice passing them off as facts when most have little relevancy.

It seems to me if the Republicans lose on Tuesday putting McCain up is almost a no-brainer. There were Kerry supporters who where taken with the idea that McCain should be Kerry's running mate. Unless Kerry has a remarkable first four years I don't know that he would easily fend off a challenge by McCain.

My crystal ball (which is really just clicking through the links you all put up) seems to indicate that she will pump the notion that he is disqualified from public office because of his testimony in front of congress after returning from Vietnam. Yeah, I probably respect McCain the most in the Republican Party. He's sensible enough to not be authoritarian with personal morals (thus he goes against his party on gay marriage, abortion, etc). Bush beat him in 2000 cause of connections, money, and dirty politics (I was living in South Carolina at the time of the "black baby" smear).

Still though, I had to vote for the school teacher running against him for his Senate seat. :p

I have more respect for Lincoln Chaffee and Olympia Snowe than I do for McCain, but only because they've largely stayed out of the endorsement business this time around. They realize that Bush is no conservative, while McCain is still sucking it up and kissing the one ring in hopes of having the backing of the party when he makes his last run in 2008.

Personally I think she is hideous, I sure hope she is on drugs because if she feels half as ill as she looks, she oughta be getting some kind of kick out of it....it would also go some way (although not all the way) toward explaining her....eccentricity. Drug induced paranoid psychosis may not explain everything about this rather 'unique' individual, but it feels like a start in the right direction...
