I was wondering why my cable box and computer were reading differently than my clock.

no, i think it's a good thing. i for one need sunlight and if deprived of it, i get depressed. so i'm glad they're adjusting the sunlight/daytime scale every half year :)

like that headbang, don't you? ;)
why should i wake up with the sunrise when we can conveniently move time? and time can change, it does twice a year and besides...its just imaginary...we made it up.

The time you are living within has not changed: Just our devices for measuring it.
:p

Half a brain here?

And: :headbang: :p

It's absolute stupidity.

WHen I want an extra hour of sleep, I do something called "ignore the clock, ignore the world, hug my pillow"

there is no 'time', we make it up.
at least that's my opinion.

Time is as real as the other three dimensions we live in. Only the way of measuring it is arbitrary.

DST in the fall is a great thing.

However, when it gets to springtime, its just obscene. Waking me up an hour earlier... *spits*

Alright. I'll agree with you. I think.

Time is an illusion created by man. On all the other planets it is totally different then our 24 hour day and in space time doesn't exist at all. Man simply needed a way to divide the daylight and night to make life easier. Before man was on the planet what did "time" matter?

Can you just not wake up a little earlier? I wake up late and have the dark?

We in Arizona suffer, for lack of DST. Everything changes across the country, yet we are stuck in eternal sameness.

I like an hour back....it really isn't, but the day feels n' hour long...
