British Glory

Right seeing as the tyrannical moderators saw fit to close down my thread (Why I detest America) before I could answer all replies I shall do my best here.
Narrow Minded : I do not think my argument was narrow minded or narrow in general. I gave a broad and wide sweeping argument on mnay different points, using well documented and detailed examples to prove my points. I did indeed generalise but no more than what is usual in every day life. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone. I doubt anyone on this forum has never generalised in one aspect of their life. My essential argument is, and still remains, that American culture is built on a tradition of anti British sentiment. Whether all of its citizens are anti British (as many of you were quick to point out, they are not) is not the point of the argument. I do note that I was accused at one point of being "a narrow minded, pathetic, Tory just like the rest" - do correct me but isnt that generalisation.
Moral Arguments One of you accused me of not answering replies which had true point. Not true. I answered all the replies that I believed had a genuine point to them rather than a dead end.
American Achievements Many accused me of not taking into perspective the many good things have done in world. That is true, I did not. Nazi Germany started a World War and murdered 6 millions Jews. They also gave us the rocket technology that allowed us to go into space. The same sort of metaphor can be applied directly to America.
Political Bias Many of you argued that as Democrats you believed it was the fault of the Bush administration that I viewed America in this way. I wonder if I had attacked when a Democrat President was in office, if you would respond in the same way.
Sources/Historical argument Firstly I was accused of some historical inaccuracy. I am willing to accept that: I had little time or space to make trully indepth arguements in relation to the American Revolution. Had I two hours to spare and all of my sources present, then I would have indeed presented a more in depth analysis. Unfortunately I am a busy man (someone has to answer the hate mail). All of my arguments are based on fact and are my own interpretations of the truth. Whether you agree with my interpretations is of course your own matter. All of my historical arguments are based on things I have read and studied: any one desiring a source list only needs to ask.
MY BELIEFS The argument I placed was my own, no one eles. It was my belief, in the same way that a Christian believes in God. I am sorry if it offends people but that is the way things are.
I apologize for some of the more gaping flaws in my argument. To accuse the American people of being a nation of traitors was more rhetoric than truth. However I still stand by my argument.
