If the terrorist attack happened this year, I would say that George Bush would certainly win this election.
no, if it happened this year, the opponents could say that Bush's inexperience allowed it to happen. If it happened last year, then it might be different for the Taliban would be on it's way out and the sparks of Democracy in Afghanistan would shine brighter than when it acutally happened.

I probably would too.
And the democrates would spout that Bush was in League with Osama Bin Lauden, and planned this at that time to extend his presidency, and that Bush would catch OBL just in time to show that Dick Chaney would be fit to be President. :rolleyes:
