Well, the habanero is an extremely hot pepper, but I don't know about the salt-extract part. But I'm guessing that it would, in fact, be a good idea to avoid eating it. :)

Enhanceing the heat of a hab in cooking. In india there is a pepper almost twice as hot. When you salt-extract the water you concentrate the heat.
