You don't need to criticise him beyond realising that the guy is a near psychotic moron who couldn't tie up his own shoelaces without assistance, let alone write a speech or formulate a plan. thus, him being the most powerful man in the world (sic) is lkely to bring doom upon us all if you are idiotic enough across the pond to actually vote for him again. i know kerry isn't what you would call a prime choice, but at least he can tie up his shoes.
(also, Bush may well have instigated a regime change over in this country for our next general election, possibly bringing the Tories back to power. Makes me quite nauseous to think about it.)
