I didn't get any sound, he mess up the english launguge again or something? Just pretend it is free verse poetry, than.

Bush: I made it very plain, we will not have an all-volunteer army,
Audience: {Scattered chuckles}
Bush: And yet this week-
Audience: {More chuckling}
Bush: (pause) We will have an all-volunteer army!
Audience: {Roar of support, scattered laughter and applause}

I'm guessing if he does get reelected...

He'll:

*Reinstate the draft.
*Cut women's right to abort.
*Ban gay marriage.
*Cause the economy go into the depths of hell.
*Invade more foreign countries.
