No matter which campaign is responsible for this it is worthless. Nothing but propaganda hoping to frighten people into a kneejerk reaction.
These people cannot vote, if they were able to vote we wouldn't be asking this question. Therefore this is a rhetorical question with an answer that means nothing.

The person responsible for this is not with any political party. It is not a 527 of any kind, just made by a regular guy. Yes the intent is to frighten people and get their heads out of the sand.
Of course it means nothing, as it is rhetorical. Way to point that out little buddy.
